Terms and Conditions

You understand that in order to participate:

• You must be a Massy employee/ Massy contractor.

• That if this nomination is chosen for a grant, the organization being granted will be asked to report on the use of funds and impact created. Compliance with reporting requirements is mandatory.

• All Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados nominated projects must be carried out by an organization that is registered as a not-for-profit or charitable organization. A certificate of incorporation is not sufficient. If the organization cannot provide proof of its not-for-profit or charitable status, it will not proceed to the voting phase.

• All nominated projects must not have any political affiliations or be linked to organizations with political affiliations. Projects with such affiliations will not be considered eligible for grants.

• The organization carrying out the project must have a bank account or an account with a financial institution registered in its name. This is necessary for processing the grant payment directly to the organization. Failure to provide this information will disqualify the organization from advancing to the voting phase.

• Please note that all data will be confidential and not shared beyond its intended use.
